Regional Operations Manager – F&B & Coffee House Operations

Job Summary:
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of multiple branches to ensure operational excellence, profitability, high service standards, and team performance across all locations.
The role requires a strong field-oriented leader with deep operational understanding in the F&B and coffee house industry, capable of driving performance, controlling operational costs, and leading branch management teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the operations of multiple branches on a daily basis
- Monitor branch performance, sales growth, labor cost, overtime, and operational KPI’s
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
- Conduct regular branch visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations
- Lead, coach, and develop Branch Managers and operational teams
- Analyze operational reports and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure high customer service standards and customer satisfaction across all branches
- Monitor product quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
- Control waste, operational inefficiencies, and unnecessary expenses
- Coordinate with HR regarding staffing, performance issues, disciplinary actions, and manpower planning
- Collaborate with Finance regarding branch profitability, cash handling, and cost control
- Handle operational challenges and implement corrective actions quickly and effectively
- Participate in strategic planning and operational development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or coffee chain operations
- Proven experience managing multiple branches or operational units
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and operational management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-paced operations
- Experience with ERP/POS systems and operational reporting
- Strong understanding of labor cost, scheduling, KPI analysis, and operational efficiency
